Equine Integrated Ayahuasca
Where plant and animal wisdom come together to aid the human spirit
Contact: 970-739-3561About the Experience
Equine Integrated Ayahuasca is a 3-day, 2-night retreat near Dove Creek, Colorado.
Our retreat offers a sacred, grounded sanctuary where plant medicine ceremonies and horse wisdom integrate. Each retreat includes 2 professional ayahuasca ceremonies and 2 dedicated days of equine integration sessions, designed to help you process, ground, and embody your insights.
Ceremonial services: Ayahuasca ceremonial religious services are provided by Shamanic Way of Light.
Equine Integration: Equine integration sessions are hosted on the land and provided by The Buffalo Woman Ranch.
Why Equine Integration?
Ayahuasca opens the doorways to the unconscious, offering profound spiritual revelations. Horses, as sentient prey animals with highly sensitive nervous systems, act as mirrors. They offer immediate, non-judgmental feedback to help ground those insights back into the body.
Somatic Mirroring
Horses sense changes in human heart rates, breathing, and energetic posture. By interacting with them, you receive direct somatic feedback on your emotional state post-ceremony.
True Grounding
Integrating psychedelic experiences can feel abstract. Being on the earth, in relation with a large, calm, and grounded animal, pulls you back into the physical present.
Nature Alignment
Located in the dramatic landscape of Colorado, our integration methods help re-align your spirit with the rhythms of the earth and animal kingdoms.
Note: All equine integration work is performed safely from the ground in round pens or pastures. The experience is relationship-based and does not include riding horses.
Retreat Dates
Retreats are kept small to preserve an intimate healing space.
